Today we're making famous Chinese Mapo Tofu! It's a famous part of Chinese cuisine, and is really popular in China! Especially as part of Sichuan Cuisine! Mapo Tofu was also featured in food wars (shokugeki), and is an absolutely delicious Chinese Food that you guys will love! It's commonly served with rice (fried or not fried). It's also eaten as a Chinese street food.
We're gonna be following Chef Wang Gang (美食作家王刚) Mapo tofu 麻婆豆腐 Recipe. It's a really good mapo tofu recipe. Our chef is Sheldon and he's gonna be cooking based off instructions from our chinese chef Mike who will be speaking mandarin chinese! Enjoy!

You should try following a dance tutorial in mandarin (so one of you describes the dance steps in mandarin without showing the movements/ without using their body and the other person tries to follow the steps) I think that it would be really dope and funny😆
