Chinese Pan Fried Pork Buns! Or Sheng Jian Baos as they're commonly known are delicious. They're basically similar to soup dumplings (kind of) but are pan fried. They're a staple Chinese food in Chinese Cuisine and is a very popular street food in China!
Today we're making it while following a Pan Fried Pork Bun Recipe. However, the instructions are gonna be given in Mandarin Chinese only. So let's see if Edward and Mike, two Cantonese speakers will have any difficulty following it!

I don't want to be mean, but I honestly got gross out by Sheldon bao wrapping LOL. His filling was also too watery, but props to Sheldon for trying cause I never made pan friend pork buns before. Anyways, overall it was a great video!
