In the DDC, Classmates were asking Questions about this video, I didn’t have a chance to watch it yet but I just did. Great information. Thank you. And the DDC was unbelievably worth it!!!!!! Wealth of knowledge! And a change in my own personal perspective. Highly recommended. No joke. And I’m still writing my goals down and getting after it.! Thanks Dolce!

In my personal experience, 90 min prior to a serious workout, you want complex carbs. The amount varies per person and something you will have to figure out. Simple carbs/sugars are good 30 min or less prior to a workout, but definitely not ideal.. and will be stored in the liver as fat if you don’t expend the “fuel” properly during your workout, and will be less beneficial than complex carbs being stored in your muscles.

Btw.. if your not an athlete that’s doing serious CrossFit training.. or like an Olympic athlete like say.. Michael Phelps.. you shouldn’t go crazy on carb loading. 🤓

the problem is if you don't get enough carbs you'll feel lethargic. but I've learned to deal with it because I really want those abs😂👍

What's up Uncle Mike. I've been doing the living lean diet and hitting the gym hard for the last few months and have transformed my body. I just injured my hand and had 2 tendines repaired that were completely severed. I can't work super extremities for 2 to 3 months during pt. Can you recommend how to keep the muscle I've gained? Should I work one shoulder arm and pec? Or just legs. It just light cardio?

Hey Mike, I wrestle in college at D2 Notre Dame College. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes last December. I plan on going 165 next year, so i need to lose fat but want to keep as much muscle as possible. What kind of meal plan would you suggest for a Type 1 Diabetic? Would love to hear from you man I look up to you and watch all the vids. Thanks!

Please clarify super shredded is MTW - low / Thursday - High. / Friday Low /Saturday low Sunday medium ..? Thx coach

1) LMHLMHLMH is common for recomp / maintenance. 2) LLHLLMLLHLLM is common for weight loss / maintenance. 3) LLLMLLHLLLMLLLH is common for more extreme weight loss.
