Thanks for another interesting video, myself I've been implementing the vinegar hack, vegetable starter and savoury snacks during the day. Because sugar is only recommended at the end of the meal, I noticed I eat much less sugar than usual, and my daily health has improved, thanks!

I DEFINITELY recommend implementing her hacks ASAP! I have been doing all of the hacks and my husband has been doing only adding a veggie starter for about a week and a half. Our moods are both better, anxiety and depression is way less, it's easier to get up in the morning and we both we have a lot more energy. Mental clarity has been awesome, too, and my cravings have subsided. I feel like I've been released from years of torture. It's insane.

My god I wish you were my teacher at school. You have such a nack of delivering your information in such a easy way to understand. I've been doing your plan for 2 weeks, I've lost weight had more energy and most importantly not one sugar spike. I had the same question about how plants form out of the soil and grow so tall and huge. I was also wondering if they were converting the soil into stems and leaves... But this has answered it all. Wow!

Hi, thank you for all your videos with such helpful information. Can you please make one for Iron deficiency, Vitamin D , B12 deficiency ? and How low levels of these inhibit overall weight loss and cause fatigue ? I have read few papers on this already but I would love to hear your analysis and solutions for such conditions

Great topic. I started using your hacks and feeling better. I make my own keto chocolate chip cookie. I allow one cookie after dinner a few times a week; I spread some unsalted butter or Greek yogurt on cookie and it does taste good.

Good explanation on carbs. Can you explain in more detail on the purpose of the soil. Why is fertilizer added, either natural or synthetic if soil only adds water?

Is it possible to bring together for an interview both Glucose Goddess and Michael Polan? I am very curious about Michael Polan’s views on Jessie’s hacks. Thank you. Also, I think that putting clothing on the carbs is not specific enough - vegetables are carbs too. I think it should be ‘put clothing on starches and grains’.

Lovely Jessie, Can cantaloupe spike insulin? Yes,it is a fruit and thus better taken as a dessert according to your explained food order. Still, since it has a very low amount of sugar, I was wondering, if I can eat it first thing in the morning without causing any glucose or insulin spike.

I have green and fruit smoothie for my first meal every day - mung sprouts+ other greens + any fruit + juiced fresh orange + avocado + raw egg + ground seeds. I think this meets your requirements I am 85 and vegetarian and getting healthier John
