My abs and core feel rock solid after this quick routine! 15 minutes ab and core workout to target all muscles of the abs and to strengthen your core!
A perfect finisher after any workout, particularly strength and cardio and great for those active rest days too combined with some cardio if you are being active!
The timer is on for 45 seconds continuously with no specific rest period, however it may take a couple of seconds to get into position for next exercise.
All you need is your mat!

This is my short and simple ab and core routine of today along with a stretch. I will link my stretch routine below as this is the typical routine I perform every so often!

Honestly caroline, I have shifted completely from other ab channels to yours. I love that you don't ramble on and on, and go straight to the workouts. I love that your workouts are like ACTUALLY hard and not just hard for the beginners. I started out doing your workouts, now I do them with 5 KG dumbells and my abs literally thank me everyday. I lost around 4 KGs and my belly has flattened to a palpable degree. Most importantly look forward ro working out. I enjoy every second of these workouts and time just whizzes by. Huge love from India :))

Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 7 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

When I saw “no rest” I was afraid I wouldn’t make it till the end! But I persisted and made it through. This old gal had to do a few modifications but I finished. I love your workouts!

Great add on workout. I love your abs workout. I had done most of your abs workout, , normally as add on after the epic workout. I can really feel the abs burn... Thanks Caroline, your workouts really help me in my fitness journey to become stronger not only physically but mentally too. That’s hands down the best ab workout I’ve ever done and I have done hundreds of them. It is so well made. Love that you don’t chitchat for nothing, love the chrono for each exercice and the pourcentage of the workout done. Live the next exercice shown in advance. Love the count down and the bell to notify when you change exercice. The exercices are fun and easy to understand while still being challenging. They work every part of the core. Really amazing, I just found you but I think you changed my workout game! Thanks a lot

Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 7 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

As if doing Day 17 wasn't hard enough, I couldn't resist the lure of Caroline's beautiful abs so I ended up doing this routine straight after. I think the best word to describe this workout is OUCH! 🔥 My abs were screaming for mercy just a few minutes in; I had to stop several times and modify a few of the exercises to get through the whole 15 minutes. I dream of one day being able to complete the whole routine without stopping...

Loved seeing Winston, he so cute and looked happy to you finish..I becoming addicted to you Caroline Did day 42 followed by stretching and your beginner arms with my husband, followed by this ab workout. Hubby has never done weights before. So excited after 55 years of marriage and trying to get him interested he’s on board. He’s watching your moves carefully. So proud of him.
