Jordan Brown i found it awful. So Americanized. Focusing on american cliches. Western English speaking ones. Along the same lines dmc. The edgelord Dante or the edgelord Dracula from Spain. It slightly twists the lore and focuses on things that the story was more adult about. In a less serious Americans love everyone being dirty style. It's a framing issue and a focus issue. It's as Americanized as it can be while using the story from the games. You can't complain it doesn't use it. But like a bad English dub it's framed in such an asshole way.

It IS anime. Its bullshit to say that it has to be made in Japan for it to be anime.
