Effective as hell? He is great cricketer but massively Overrated as an All Rounder. AB De Villiers was better man of crisis and effective than kallis who has played more Series Defining Performaces (SDs) than kallis. Kallis was a run accumulator and played safe throughout his career and never was a game changer or a risk taker. I won't pay a single doller to watch kallis. He was tough but not effective and both are a different term. Where Gilchrist revolutionise the cricket and change the way how wicket keeper look. It's not only about Statistics but transcends the the boundary of the sports. And yes Gilchrist did that , Sachin did that , lara did that too and so as murali which made huge influence on Sri Lankan economical and political change and globalised Sri Lanka even more through his one impact. Did kallis did that? Nope. Barry Richards and Graeme Pollock put South African cricket into the world map more than any South African cricketer So research before barking everywhere on Harsh's castrol active videos.
