我用的鸡是从Costco买的Organic Young Chicken,烤鸡的食谱是我从朋友那儿学的,做了几次我非常喜欢,相信它酸辣咸鲜的味道会让您以后想起来就流口水。
Ingredients 用料:
4lb (1.8kg) organic young chicken 有机子鸡 (Costco)
4 tsp salt 盐
1 tsp sugar 糖
1 cup apple cider vinegar 苹果醋
2 tsp black pepper 黑胡椒粉
4 tsp chili powder 辣椒粉
1 tsp dry mustard 芥末粉
1 tsp crushed bay leaves 香叶 (月桂叶)
1 tsp garlic powder 蒜粉
1 tsp sweet paprika 甜椒粉
1/2 tsp ground cumin 孜然粉

带架子的烤盘:amzn.to/3M32FXG
首先,烤箱预热华氏350度 (摄氏180度),放置在下层,一直烤到鸡肉内部温度达到华氏150度 (摄氏66度)。然后烤箱升温至华氏450度 (摄氏230度),烤到鸡肉内部温度达到华氏165度 (摄氏75度)
