Make sure to hit the gym to maintain your health, strength, confidence and sanity. Dont want you to be a couch potato in your home theater either 😂. Make sure to travel so you dont get couped up in the house all the time. Whatever youre going through, I hope you and your family find peace and happiness. I have my friends/family, a small home theater setup and home gym which keeps me sane when things get really tough in life.

Hey Channa, Starting over is never easy but it's a great way to learn and gain more experience in life. While it may hurt in the beginning, you'll soon come to realize it's the best thing you've ever done for yourself and be very grateful for it. I'm a professional pool player and have had my ups and downs but the game of pool always held me together. If you're ever in the Miami area, you're more than welcome to stop by the house to shoot some pool. I'll even throw in a free pool lesson! Good Luck ...From my own personal experience I have had to start over again also ...so have a lot of people and we all can relate to what you are going through,,,its rough for everyone involved ...just try to learn from your past experience ...and in the future remember if you get involved again ...what you see is what you get...and we cant change people...we all grow in our own ways and that is what we have to accept...and if we can find the right person who will accept us for who we are ..with all of the good and bad ...and this works both ways....then you are off to a good start. It takes time but you’ll come out better on the other side. I’ve had an incredibly challenging 2023 and had to start all over again. Focusing on mental health is key. And there will be both good and bad days. But you got this!

COMPLETELY relate! It's been exactly 3 years since we packed up our house in Mammoth and had it picked up by the movers to take to Scotland. We then lived in Colorado Springs until we were able to move in February over to Scotland (in the middle of Covid and Brexit (Visas)). Should catch up brother! Hope you are well. - Craig

I've started over from zero twice.... Although at times it sucks, a man can seriously overcome anything. I'm not sure if you are a religious man and I can't say I'm super religious myself but I remember looking up and saying a prayer or 2 through those times.
