Fun fact: the whole "it was all a dream" ending? Completely made up for the movie. In the book it clearly shows Oz was a real place and not a dream of Dorothy's making.

Actually in the original Wizard of Oz, her subconscious made the fortune teller into 4 characters. The guy at the front door of the city, the carriage driver in the Emerald city, the guard in front of the Wizard's room, and of course, the wizard.

The "Don't let him take Toto" line is surprisingly in the original movie too. Also a fun fact: The original was not the first adaptation. The first was a silent film that is now lost, like 90% of other silent films.

Dorothy played by Grey DeLisle...doesn't sound like she normally does. She sounds great! Just not what I am used to. I figured she'd be cast as the witch, and seems like a role she'd really enjoy. Hearing her as sweet Dorothy is not something I'd imagine, but she does a good job!

I've actually heard that that one was pretty good. The late Earl Kress wrote the script for it. I remember when the Tom and Jerry & the Wizard of Oz movie first came out, he clearly stated on a cartoon forum that he had no hand in this one. XD!

I actually never seen Wizard of Oz. I always wanted to but never really got the chance. So that one scene at the critic asked " if you never seen it" I won't lie it sounds interesting but I'm pretty sure it's not really bad interesting or that weird. Pretty funny though.

In a way Scooby Doo made sense They both delt with the supernatural with Mystery Inc dealing with proving its not real while Supernatural is hunting it Dean and Sam could get along perfectly with everyone without it being forced and can get laughs While Tom and Jerry needs a character like Tuffy to interact with everyone since Tom and Jerry don't speak

Almost true. The biggest impact that Indy has is somehow getting the ark off the island, yet we never saw how he did it. It would be like somebody in Star Wars mentioning that Luke destroyed the Death Star, but we never actually saw the battle.
