I love daredevil. My favorite marvel character and show. His physique in the show is very nice yet seems achievable and it's been a huge inspiration for me for a while. Thank you for covering this!

This is actually the perfect body type for me. I also have a great deal of trouble putting on any weight, I'm very fit but I wouldnt say I was ripped or anything. The part about being able to utilize explosive energy with martial arts also piqued my interest as I am heavily invested in Historical european martial arts and am always looking for ways to improve.

I do suggest the MMA classes. I did Kenpo and not only was it fun but it was scheduled and they helped promote the healthier program and got you around others at all different levels. Plus it can give you a lot of help and variety with the box and shadow boxing parts of the work out. I found not only did I get health goals but I then wanted to earn the next belt which helped keep me in the programs. Lets face it, wanting to be healthy is easy, so the best tools are the ones that make you want to do it each week.

Really needed this! im pretty ripped but i had spent so much time just trying to get big and lost my cardiovascular fitness and just overall explosive power, i also a a lot more busy than i used to be. i decided to dial it back a bit and this is perfect in providing me with a workout thats meant to increase lean muscle and fitness while only being 3 days a week

Between 30-90 seconds for the weights and for the circuit I would rest as little as possible!

Training mma may not be the best idea if you like not being concussed, but bjj has the same feeling, no head injuries, and is great for building muscle and losing weight.

BBJ is like a "body chess" but is bad for streets in real dangerus situation. I can tell, 2 vs 1, I was the 1, stupid thing but I needed to fight them...they kicked my hard head very hard.

Can you explain the order you should do the exercises? For example, are you doing the complete 4x12 barbell front squats and THEN going into one arm rows, or are you doing one set of front squats and then one set of one arm rows etc. ?

The exercises with a + between them are done as a superset! So do the first then the second then rest and repeat till you're done all your sets!

Dude if i have some extra body fat on my body and I need to gain some muscle, do I have to go on a caloric surplus or be on a caloric deficit but use the extra fat already on my body as a foundation for muscle growth?

You’ll need to be at least at maintenance but I would recommend a slight surplus! With a slight surplus you won’t put on much more fat but you’ll gain muscle much more quickly! Then once you’ve built up some muscle your metabolism will be running hot and you’ll be able to shred the fat off more easily 💪

Was the fight training and the weightlifting done all in one day? And what if I want to do something like Cox did but I don't have time to put both training sessions into one day? Can I do one day where I do the weight training, then the day after that the fight training? Also, Charlie did Rowing, Sled Pushes and Treadmill. Should I fit that in after the main workout? And if so, for how many minutes?

Since the workouts are full body you could just repeat one or two of the days! Wouldn't be a bad idea to switch out the main compound lift tho! So you could replace the front squats with barbell overhead press but then keep everything else the same!

It’s hard to say! Depends where you’re starting from! But generally probably around a year!

I understand that the final exercises in day 1 are done 5 times right? As 5x5 box jumps, 5x15 ERG and 5x10 push ups (but done in a super series)

And a few more questions… should we do this 3 day exercise twice a week (6 days) or is it fine doing it 3 days? And finally, how long should we do this before making the deficit (in my case I think I will make the surplus first)? 6 months surplus then a 3 month deficit?

It really depends on where you're at but I would say 6-12 months surplus then deficit for as long as it takes for you to get as lean as you want to be! But 3 months is a good start!

If you already have some muscle and want abs you would need to be in a calorie deficit! Try to eat 200-300 calories under what maintenance calories! Then along with the workout plan it’ll take time but you’ll get abs!

It really depends on a lot of thing! But if you're currently not working out I would go check out my home workout guide! That'll be a better place to start and then you can work up to this program!

Any alternatives to a pull up? I mostly work out at home in an apartment that wouldn't allow me to set up my own bar and when I am at the gym there's always a dude hogging that corner for hours on end

I have never been able to punch or kick bags because they swing so high or knock over. Whether the hanging bag, or the water filled devices, they all fling away or fall down. I don't know what to do. I have considered wrapping a tree in something and beating on it.

It’s means to do 15 calories on a rowing machine! If your machine doesn’t track calorie you could just do 90 seconds at a medium pace!

It depends on how much mass you need to put but I would start with 100-200 a day! Charlie isn’t huge so you shouldn’t need to eat an insane amount!

You don't have to eat the same thing for every meal! So I wouldn't really call it restricted!

eat less carbs, eat more protein. there are several fitness apps so you can find out your average caloric maintenance (the amount of calories you’d need on a day to day), myfitnesspal being my favourite app for it. if you want a deficit (lose fat) i suggest starting at -200 calories from the maintenance. if you feel good, keep going down slowly until you find the sweet spot and stick to it.

Yup it’ll work for you! Just make sure to get lots of sleep, eat high protein and stay consistent! It’s better to lose weight slowly and consistently rather than losing a ton all at once then gaining it back!
