The city should tare down those abandoned houses and clean the streets, it's not necessarily a hood because some of the homes are run down, people are trying to survive on less these days, a lot of them need some help 🤔

The only real reason this is a poor neighborhood is because people refuse to maintain properties, and no one knows how to use a trash can. It's almost as if it's done purposely.
