I feel too much masala, too much cinnamon cloves and elachi. 😐Also frying chilly powder so long will change the taste and colour. Jabar bhai style dindugal biriyani was good.

Attention Mr Dheena: We should add hot water to the cooked hot mutton . Else, the cooked mutton may become denatured because of sudden fall in temperature when cold water is added. Comment on this!
