Didn't you say your cake had been frozen overnight and the plastic supports had to be put in before you froze your cake. So why are you putting them in after you covered w the buttercream.😕🤔

I think he was focusing on teaching us how to put the dowels in the cakes and supporting them. I don't think he was really concerned about how the cakes looked. At the same time, he showed us a simple way of covering the sides of the cake, using a teaspoon.
