Give me a break y'all, his movements aren't that fancy - dumbbell presses, flyes, front & rear delt raises, pushups and planks. Just his variations of classic push day exercises

Pretty much all the exercises in this short besides the incline press is useless/unnecessary cause there's a better alternative exercise for the chest. Also, be careful what ya'll watch cause almost all fitness influencers are on gear unless they got where they are from years of experience.

But his advice eith thfe focusing on your palms idea hust helped me a bunch appreciate him either way boss.

The first 2 exercises are so unnecessary, all they would do is limiting your weight capacity because you’ll get tired faster. There’s a reason dumbbell presses, benchpress and chest flies with cables is the most used exercises by top bodybuilders. Because that’s all you need…
