Great recipe! This treat was eaten so quickly. I rolled mine in kinyako. I will reduce sugar to 1/2 c less, tho the kids liked it sweet.

Do you bake it at 350°? Or just preheat to 350° then drop to 280°?

Can I use powdered sugar instead of rice flour for dusting?

Chantel Pa you can use corn starch

@@Debayye definitely do not use piwdered sugar as I found out it just melts and becomes messy. I think corn starch would work better.

You can use potato starch too for dusting.
