Are the noodles already cooked in boiling water previously or raw at the beginning?

do I boil the noodles for a little bit or just separate like you did in fry? thanks 😊

Some people would soak it in boiling water for a minute or two so it retains its elasticity. Paper or towel dry it before frying them. It's one of those dishes that you will adjust the timing of soaking the noodles. Fresh noodles would be optimal and are easily found in the cooler section of the Asian markets.

Nagi..these r driving me crazy..going to make morrow, got all the stuff from asian grocery, my question is..I got Hong kong style noodles..do I boil them for a minute then pan fry..or just separate like u did n fry..needless to say love u love Dozer..💕💕
