Hey Pasquale!!!!! You remind me of my grandfather Basilio Isgro from Sicily!!! He taught me how to cook when I was 5 years old!! And I'm 54 years old and still cooking!! I love authentic Italian food like this!!! I just made some olive salad. 10 jars!!!!!

I made this dish tonight and it was soooooo good! My new favourite way to cook chicken. I didn't have Fontina cheese so I used mozzarella. Still yummy! I will definitely be making this dish again. All the family loved it. My husband wants me to cook it again tomorrow night.
