Been busy on the z06! Full 1400whp Fore dual pump fuel system is in and ready to go! More videos coming soon as we get close to firing this project up!

Thanks for the video! I'm staring at my Fore triple pump setup and dreading this! LOL! I have the engine and drivetrain out and all body panels off so I hope it will go ok.

I ordered this kit 4 months ago and last week when I started taking things apart I started wishing I ordered the triple hanger just incase I got more power hungry. Right now after installing the two pumps, I’m so glad I didn’t. What a PITA to stop the assembly into the tank and install the second pump, hoses and level sensor.

It can become a little daunting when the motor, transmission, rear end assembly/cradle, and everything else are scattered about the garage and your car is basically a shell!

Geat video man. Very happy to see some of the details beforehand. I am installing the same fore kit soon on my ZR1 and dreading the whole process, its going to suck! I have the same leak on my trans too. Not very happy about it. Thanks for sharing!

@@ChrisSullivan69 Do you think its possible to get to the cross over tube and to drop the tanks with the trans and torque tube in the way? Do not have a lift yet and trying to put off that other huge project for later. That way i can replace the drive shaft couplers too.

@@JohnFrancoNH Yes, ive done it a few times. Sucks but its possible. Also for what its worth ive dropped the rear cradle on the these cars a few times on my back with only jackstands and an ATV jack. Works great. Definitely dont need a lift to do the job

@@ChrisSullivan69 Sooo much good info in this video, especially pertaining to routing a Fore system like i am. Just dropped my tanks last night first time doing it on my car. Was a super PITA but got it accomplished in 5-6 hours. Disconnecting that cross over tube and inside tubes with out damage was very time consuming and slightly stressful haha. Which Walbro pumps did you go with i spec'd mine out with the TI Auto 0274 primary and 0285 secondary. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Chris , does the computer need the E85 sensor in the main fuel feed? I noticed you said you had in the return line . How does that work? Thanks great videos I’m a new subscriber and I love Corvettes to. I have a 1976 stingray with a custom 1982 nose fiberglassed in can’t wait to get it further done. I need to get a new disturber and a new carb, then run the exhaust from the headers back.

you think the pumps will power on without the motor in the car?

Hey Chris! My I ask what wire did you use from the OEM fuel pump to connect up to the FC3 controller, as far as I understand it’s the power wire that powered the stock pump, what color was it on the wiring harness. I’m installing a triple pump set up on my C6 ZR1 right now and I’m not getting any power to turn on the first pump.

I beleive it was white. Double check whatever wire ran right to your original fuel pump. Make sure you have the connector plugged in near the filler neck or it wont work. I usually jump the fuel pump relay at the fuse box under the hood when troubleshooting.

I was also curious what you did with the ground on the stock plug. The level sensors are the 2 small wires, power for the remote, but where does the ground go? Taped off or grounded somewhere?

Were you running E85 before? Is that why you had to upgrade the fuel pump before when you were HCI?

My pump relief are going off, is the return side supposed to work off vacuum, does the car need to be running for it to start going back down the return line? I have nothing coming out of my return and it’s just building up pressure making my fuel pump reliefs to go off
