I decided to cook for you one of the national dishes of the peoples of Central Asia. Namely, the classic Uzbek plov. I intentionally in the recipe do not use zigirne or cottonseed oil which is added when cooking in Uzbekistan, since it will not be available to most viewers.
If you do not know what to cook on February 23, try cooking pilaf, I think you will like it!
INGREDIENTS (KAZAN 3 LITERS):
Meat (beef) - 800 g;
Rice (long grain steamed) - 700 g.;
Vegetable oil (sunflower, refined) - 300 ml.;
Zira (cumin) - to taste;
Carrots - 700 kg.;
Onion - 1 pc.;
Salt - to taste;
Water - depending on the needs of rice.
