Thank you for actually teaching me something! I have a low idle on my f150. I've checked vacuum hoses, replace idle control valve and pcv valve. Cleaned the throttle body and still have problem. Cleaning the MAF sensor is my next move and I'm very happy to learn what to use and what NOT to use while cleaning the MAF! Thanks much!!❤❤

IT WORKED!! THANKS TONS!! But don't expect results until you drive it after cleaning....let it soak in with fresh gas (I used Seafoam and van started running rough after I used up half tank of the gas, and then I drove out the rest of the SF in the tank, refilled with new gas, and still rough acceleration until I drove it for a few min. then let it set overnight soaking....next day NO ISSUES!! SMOOTHE!! I read somewhere it takes a little while to let the fresh gas to wash off seafoam residue.

You should blow out the throttle body with compressed air after cleaning and use a lint free towel to clean it with the cleaner.

Quick question on the other side of what you took off where yhe actual filter goes theres a hole on the side. Maybe two but it makes a wierd humming sound. Couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Are those holes supposed to be there? Im a rookie car fixer

You should be able to clean that toothbrush with the throttle body cleaner and re use it to brush your teeth. Lol

Check for smell of gas, if you keep trying to crank it, you should be smelling gasoline, if you don't then check fuel level, inline fuel filter and,or pump modulator..
