Absolute gold. This is what the "gurus" don't show you. It's not as easy as calling through a list and landing a few leads. Wholesaling is sales. It's going to take a ton of rejections, hang ups, getting cussed out to land a few deals. But when you do it's an absolute high. Keep up the content!

Amen. Started wholesaling at 23 in 2017, took a break after closing between 45-65k in small deals & vacationing. Its WORK! people think its get rich quick, but their gonna get a rude awakening on their first cuss out😂 Hustle or Break🤙🏾

I’ve been in sales for all my life for pennies. Used and abused by the huge mega corporations of America. So this would be easy for me. I made the mega corporations 80k a week in sales and they only paid me $45k a year. Sales is not work if you love talking to people and resolving issues. Especially when you are closing in due time. Being broke and not knowing where your next meal is coming from is what I call work. 😢 just my mindset. I got rejections, hang ups and cussing outs for years, exceeded all my sales metrics and was still getting paid less than 50k per year 😢 Glad my eyes finally opened. But most people that have never been in cold calling sales or hate sales would not understand what I’m attempting to say…..
