All these new wholesalers turned gurus today always push cold calling and I'm going to call BS on that marketing strategy. Why? Because Ron LeGrand, the original OG and the GOAT who was my first mentor once said "sellers are always more motivated when they call you" so what you should be doing is doing everything to get the phones to ring.
@theericcline18 күн бұрын
The most important metric to track is cost per lead & return on your marketing. The ultimate goal is to run a highly profitable operation. Cold calling produces a 10X return on my money all year long compared to a 4.7X ROI on PPC. Ron Legrand is the man but don’t take one thing & discard the rest based on one statement. My question for you is this: Do you do deals?

Only practical thing in this empty 45 minutes ad is about hiring by 3s process. Oh, and they brag how their company destroyed mental and physical health of hundreds of cold callers and they did nothing to help with that and do not even consider doing anything aside to continue destroying now Filipino guys. It is baffling that it’s considered normal to destroy someone’s life to get your millions. You’ve made those on the blood of your workers and did nothing to help with that.
@theericcline20 күн бұрын
How exactly is creating jobs “destroying someone’s life”? We have an 18,000 sq ft office in Pakistan that stimulates the economy out there greatly. We are the fastest growing call center in our industry. We have a full time English teacher on staff & pay our callers fairly. We have only blessed lives. Not destroy.
@Vognee20 күн бұрын
@@theericcline It's like saying that you're helping economy selling drugs. Your guest said it yourself that their employees would rather work at McDonalds than to continue to cold call - that burnt out they were. And what your guest did to alleviate that problem - they just throw out burnt people and switched to a cheaper market instead. Of course they did that - it's much cheaper than to implement anti burnout practices, change business model and tend to the current employees. So please, I've got through grinder like that myself, you don't need to keep that false facade - I know that you know that I'm right.
@theericcline9 күн бұрын
We have a call center of over 250 agents that sign up to call for us. It a JOB. Trust me, there are MUCH WORSE jobs than making phone calls in an air conditioned office.
@Vognee8 күн бұрын
@@theericcline "It's ok, because there are much worse things" is not a real point and doesn't change the fact, that most of cold caller will burn out menially and physically and there should be measures in place of prevention and rehabilitation. And that's an employer responsibility as well. Yes, you won't have your millions too quickly, but at least you can sleep well at night knowing that you're not a slave driver ruining peoples lives.
