It's a makita laminate trimmer. It comes with a 6mm collet if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure there's a wide variety of facemills for such a small machine.

What type of software did you use for your programing?

It's total resource cost, not just the value of the copper. Mints are designed to be extremely efficient and have an incredibly high rate of production (metal goes in, hammer goes down, coins come out). CAD machines are extremely precise, but they are also terribly slow. The electricity cost of running the machine could easily exceed the value of any coin you made with it. You'd be better to make your own coin press and use the machine to make the pressing molds for higher denominations.

No because pennies aren't made of copper. Their made of another metal with copper plated. But if you make it say 1998 or lower it will work.
