Thanks for the great content. Once thing not mentioned is the grip pressure for all shots. Like the forehand or backhand or volley or lob. Can we have a video on that please

I always start on court tennis team warm up with mini tennis inside service boxes. It helps to encourage accurate placement. One player drop hits to other players forehand volley who hit volley back to forehand side for 5 hits. They switch so the volley player then feeds for 5 hits. Then they move to backhand for 5. Then move to alternate forehand/ backhand for 10 hits. Accurate placement is essential especially using one service box.

Always great videos sir !! So after I’ve mastered the frozen volley …..can I incorporate any arm movement ? Always appears as though players are chopping down or through on volleys
