14:43 Leauna's face made me so sad! Sam had a right to be sad. She didn't break up with Miguel because she didn't love him, but because she didn't feel she could be the girlfriend she wanted to be until she worked on herself. It was just unfortunate that she found the necklace and realized Miguel wanted to give it to her then had the excitement completely taken away. She probably felt EXACTLY that: like she missed her chance.

She broke up with Miguel to take of herself. She didn't break up with him to work on herself JUST to be a good girlfriend one day. She thought about herself first and that is what she should have done. She did not break up with him to work on herself for a relationship.

Watch(& closely listen) to the scene in the episode where Silver eventually sees Johnny & Carmen in the elevator at the hospital & when he talks in his study. I believe it is telling us something about Silver we’re going to see in season 6.

I think the person in the newer generation with the most potential is 100% Robby. His father is Johnny, and as we know, Johnny was a karate prodigy and a natural. Robby inherited his dad’s gifts and is naturally very athletic. When he fought Miguel, he was able to hold his own with a dislocated arm and was able to fight one handed and perform the strongest kick in Miyagi-Do, not to mention he took out an entire dojo (Season 4)

Miguel still wants to be with Sam since he ditched that other girl as soon as he saw Sam get heartbroken. I know Miguel thought the relationship was over and she wouldn't get back with him since he dropped the necklace at Miyigi-Do. Sam thought she was too late and that's why she was crying. If Hawk didn't mess it up, those two would've been back together (which obviously i know Hawk was just being a friend to Miguel)

Hawk is a great wingman but i don't think Sam would want Miguel hanging out with him much longer😂😂😂.

Interesting note here: The actor that plays the leader (Gunther) of the Sekai TaiKai committee also played the Iceland coach in the movie "D2: The Mighty Ducks"

I actually would like to see a spin off of Kyler's life. He's so funny and bizarre. I wonder what his family/home life is like. We hear a bit about his father, but what family dynamic must there be for him to turn out like he did? And whatever happened to Brucks? We never see him again after Hawk beat him to a pulp. There are so many spin-offs that would be fascinating to explore in the Miyagi-verse: Mr. Miyagi and his past; all the kids and their future (college, marriages, etc.); and Chozen and Kumiko and their lives after the Karate Kid 2 movie (i.e., how did Chozen change, what did Kumiko do after Daniel left Okinawa, etc.); and even a Terry Silver/John Kreese retrospective delving more into their relationship during Vietnam and after.

This season got more far fetched but understabsable comsidering the amount of OG characters and how big the story has gotten. Has to be taken with grain of salt.

You know I'm kinda hoping the entire season is nothing but a tournament. Like 90% fights and the sub plots involving all the characters being minimal. Would be a nice way to go out.

Yeah. IMO, I also feel like it needs to go back to focusing on Miguel and Johnny (and some of Robby.) if they dropped some storylines during the final season, I’d be okay with it, because I think the show is starting to feel a bit overcrowded. Even in terms of the side characters.

My only gripe with this episode is the silver bullet. Not really its existence. It definitely seems plausible. My issue is how fast Kenny learned it. A technique like that would take YEARS to master, while he nailed it in less than 12 hours 🤷🏻‍♂️
