As an Indian woman my own mother was one of my biggest haters so it’s been complicated trying to forgive her but still holding my own and not allowing anyone to ever treat me that way. Its crazy that this it my feed today with how I am feeling. Have been a fan, but had alot going on today so I wasnt going to watch the vid until later because thia channel and her voice always relaxes me ( in a good ASMR way) but to a point I fall asleep. Then I wake up and rewatch and always leave with substance and value. Today, I fought the temptation to stay awake thru watching the first time, and like always got alot of value. But it really hit home today because I ahve felt so unbalanced. Appreciate the wisdom. Side note, the music always makes me feel like reading a book with a nice latte in Barnes and Nobles.

Thank you for this video, this was very helpful. So what I understood is the importance of balance, balancing both feminine and masculine energy in the way you live. Don't entertain ghosts and jokers; ignore them, don't accept any baseless opinions of others, and don't let anyone ruin your self-esteem or self-image. Become a mother to yourself; ignore ghosts because you can't hear them, you can only see them. Likewise, jokers, their opinion of me is simply how they perceive me from their own mind, it's like a filter. How we see the world is a perception or mirror to ourselves. Love strangers reasonably; if you give them your all, they will be suspicious. Kind of accurate because I really liked a girl, so I drew her lots, and I showed her my sketches, but for some reasons, idk why...she was sketchy. Turns out she talks about people from behind their backs. So how I understood this is like, don't expect too much love back and put limits to your love, as you said, if you're someone who loves as deep as the ocean, someone who loves you like a puddle won't be good. To the next point, don't give your whole heart to those who can't give theirs back, bc it will hurt, it's gonna be hard without them. I understand this deeply. It really resonated with me because of past situations where I loved too much and I felt that person wouldn't put the same effort. I learned to mirror them and if they can't love me as deeply as I do, I stop, bc I'm the only one giving the effort, and that's unfair on me, if they can't give the same effort, that's fine, they can leave. People come and go, everyone will leave either by death or life happens. Don't get too attached and miss the past too much, because it's normal to lose people and experiences, that's just the way life goes, it gives and it takes. You need to ensure that when someone leaves, you do not feel the undying pain of them not being there anymore, you need to ensure that you do not feel dead when they aren't there anymore. Don't become so attached to the point if this person leaves, you give up and think you don't have anyone or something. Don't rely too much on other people to provide the happiness/needs u have. Don't Lovebomb someone, don't idealize a version of them in your head, to the point where u ignore/cut off years of friendship just for someone you met. And you cannot put your all in one thing, like for me for example, i take a lot of pride in my drawing, wanting to make it a career, my only hobby, my only skill, my only identity, so i just realized that now thanks to this video, thankyou. It's good to have interests and passions, but it's also important to maintain a balance and not let them consume our entire identity.. I've learned that it's important to let go, to trust the process, to have a good time, and not to worry too much. I try to do this, but my mother often gets angry because she wants me to study more and is always pressuring me to do things her way. She gets verbally and emotionally abusive when I try to let go and enjoy myself, and it's a difficult situation for me. Despite this, I still appreciate the many things this video has helped me to realize. Anyways, thank you for this video it made me realize a lot of things.

i recently cut someone off who didn't want to be in a long distance relationship but still wanted to talk to me. I didn't want him to get used to giving me less or a half love. Worst case scenario, I was being used so at least he's gone now. Best case scenario is when he is back on the same continent we can pick things up again properly. This confirms I did the right thing by ending communication. I'm 24 and glad to have this channel for insight.
