How difficult is it to NOT talk about sexual things with a minor???

The fact she has remained silent while her 9 year old fans threaten death upon her accuser/s tells me all I need to know about her as a person

She sent a child explicit OF photos, she sent a minor, panties, she spoke to minors about her sex life and asked minors about their own sex life. How is she not facing criminal charges?

She doesn't see the seriousness of the situation because of soft bigotry. She reduced Adam to a mid-2000's "token sassy gay BFF" trope. She'll never see it as wrong because Adam could never be attracted to her.

Her miranda character always rang more true as a mean girl making fun of someone she finds annoying while simultaneously expressing her real thoughts and character thru the guise of “miranda” than something made purely for entertainment. “Colleen” always struck me as artificial and fake. She always struck me as being cut from the same cloth as a lot of the people I went to high-school with, if not worse.

I found Adam in 2020 from his original video about her, and it breaks my heart that people were out there attacking him and trying to basically ruin his life so he would back down and go away. I never had any doubt about his story, and im disabled and have always felt like "miranda" was just making fun of me. Im neurodivergent and theres been some things "miranda" said that just made me feel really shitty about myself. I hope everyone who has been hurt by colleen and her family can heal from all this. They deserved better. ❤

Why is it so hard for people to leave the children alone?

10 years ago when Miranda Sings was popular, I got bad vibes from her. Go back and watch some of her skits and you’ll see the innuendos are there. I never felt right about her.

Protect Adam at all costs, his bravery in speaking up deserves to be protected and respected. She won't be able to groom any more children because of his bravery. Those he's speaking up for are the ones viciously attacking him.

I’m in my early 30s right now and could never imagine chatting like this to minors. My niece has asked me about stuff in a very little sister - big sister way since she doesn’t have an older sibling and feels uncomfortable talking to her mum and what Colleen was doing is NOT s*x ed or advice. I can't imagine talking to a 13 year old about my sex life or relationships. It's just fucking weird. Also I just find it weird in general how she talks to all of these kids like they are her on her level. I don't think adults should treat teenagers like babies but it's also just strange for a full grown adult to have such a close friendship with a 13 year old that's not like a familial or mentor relationship.

If you watch Adam's video "my relationship with Colleen" you'll see that Colleen was speaking to a 14 year old (she was at least 32) in the same way a woman might lean on a man that she's romantically interested in for comfort. She would trauma dump about her sex life, her love life, her mental health, trash talk other fans, other people, and constantly seek reassurance and validation from this poor little boy who was just excited that she was paying attention to him. It got to the point where when they agreed to meet, Colleen acted weird about the fact that Adam was coming with his parents. Like, you can ignore literally everything else that happened and only look at that one thing and it would still be a completely irredeemable offense. She did all of that for 4 years, basically entered an emotional relationship with this boy, and then turned her entire fandom on him overnight, basically the only group of friends he had grown to know at that time.

The fact that she's talking about using things from her fan club or whatever, in a sexual manner later on with her partner is absolutely disgusting. This all sounds like she is just p-word, period, that's it. I'm blew away every time I hear about this. I am 22 and I can't imagine talking to children like that.

I looked her up and she has kids. I'm honestly scared for her kids and her kid's friends. She seems like the kind of person who would try grooming her kids friends

GOOD! I’ve been warning people about her for years! My little brother was a huge fan years ago, and Miranda Sings became a fandom we bonded over. I took him to two of her shows and then found out about her sending lingerie as a “joke” to a young male fan, and we never looked back. Completely unacceptable. Imagine if a man had done something similar. She betrayed the trust of parents who let their kids watch her content.

I am so glad awareness is being brought to this. I was concerned that after Shane got hardcore canceled for 10+ year old inappropriate humor and somehow Trisha P skated by fairly unscathed when she had done worse things that the same would happen for Colleen. To be fair when it came to them and IMO James C, who’s behavior was worse bc he was actually secretly texting minors trying to hook up, the fact still is they all were/are in their early 20’s when the inappropriateness happened BUT Colleen was 30+ years old. She can’t say “Oh I was young and dumb” because she was 30+ years old. That is what makes this situation worse than any other cancelation bc with Shane it was old inappropriate “humor” but he never had any minors come forward accusing him of anything that I know of and he had long since changed his content, apologized, and took a year off KZfaq. With James, his cancelation was similar to Colleen about secretly talking to minors but again, he was like around 20 I think. I don’t know that we can say he apologized since he took the apology video down and continues to make fun of the situation ( the recent birthday cake). However, what makes Colleen’s case so much worse is her age and the accusations are fairly recent, from what I’ve heard she continued these discussions with other minors up until really recently, and she has stayed silent with no apology at all. She should be canceled harder than any of the others IMO bc this situation is the worst I’ve seen yet.

I always supported adam. I feel like the thing that SHOULD have tipped off colleen's supporters (speaking about adults cause not all minors know better) that adam wasn't lying was the fact that his mom had to get involved and tell colleen to stop. Ok I'm someone that can be friends with any age of human. I have friends that are in their 70s, I have friends that are 10 yrs younger than I am and only 17. And I have conversations with them about my relationships, sometimes theirs, and dating and stuff. But you know what? I keep it age appropriate and cleaned up and not specific. If I'm talking with like a minor or a friend in their late teens and they're interrogating me about a date I went on, I'm talking about how good the food was and how we were romantic and got to snuggle n kiss and ~wow I like him, he opened the door for me I'm so comfortable with him blah blah blah.~ You don't include the BJ in the parking lot. "How'd your first time feel?" "You know, it feels different for everyone, the most important thing is being comfortable and feeling like you trust the person and can talk or say stop if it is uncomfortable. My first time was a good experience. I waited until I was ready and with someone I trusted." Like you can have conversations with younger people without being a fckn creep. i’m almost an adult now, and this woman was certainly a part of my childhood.

So I was a was her target demographic back in the day, and was a fan for a very short while. I ended up really going off her because I'd heard on an interview or someone else's vlog, maybe even one of her own q&a's the origin of the character. She was basically making fun of this girl she knew in one of her acting/singing classes or something. It really rubbed me the wrong way. Like she made a whole character (and eventually a brand) off some poor girl she was bullying. Idk it seemed like some mean girl shit to me and I was only like 11 or so when I discovered this, but it's stuck with me 13 years later.

I'm one of the over 16s that found some of her videos funny back in the day. I always thought Colleen seemed a very kind and compassionate person, albeit like many KZfaqrs she shared a lot of personal feelings and I didn't always enjoy hearing that. It makes me feel like I'm prying into the details of someone's personal life in a way that feels uncomfortable. I also liked her family and thought they seemed like really nice people. I found some of her Miranda videos funny, though not all of them and I haven't kept up with her videos over the years, though would occasionally check in with what she was doing and was happy to know she had a family and seemed to be doing well, and having success with her shows, though I haven't seen them. I would never have guessed she was behaving this way. It's very sad to hear. And what's strange is that Colleen has friends and family that she seemed very close to and that she could talk to about personal stuff, and I remember a video where she talked about seeing a therapist. So she wasn't exactly lacking in adults to talk to. I have a a 20 year old niece and I wouldn't even talk like this to her! I have another niece that is 14 and I can't imagine ever wanting to talk to her about this kind of thing. It's a lot for a teenager to have to cope with an adult's personal issues.
