Definitely digging this series. Conditioning is where I tend to slack off, and the amount of conditioning templates you give us (FOR FREE!!) makes it really hard to justify not throwing it in at the end of a training session. These lift-specific templates make it even easier to get conditioning done. Thanks so much!

Brian you are awesome, I’m a beginner lifter with minimal equipement, a light sandbag, a few kettlebells and bands, no bars, all in my appartment. I’m trying to get functionally fit since my daugter was born. Every time I need info on a topic, you’ve made the best video I can find on the subject. I was low on ideas for exercise specific conditioning and you’ve got it all covered! Thanks for everything, your channel is amazing! You got me into sandbag training! You’re awesome

Hey Brian! I know this isn't the right video, but I had to let you know I'm 3 weeks in your free linear progression program and I've already crushed a PR! Benched 180 for 8 reps, felt like I could hit 9 maybe 10 even, and last time I tried it I only got 180 for 6. Really grateful for your videos and definitely will try these conditioning sessions! Keep it up!

Quality content as usual. - at least you didn't drop him on his head! I've started putting 5 minutes of sled work into my workout recently - 20 meters - push the sled to one end. Wait for end of the minute and go again. End of minute 4 - I'm thinking where's the oxygen gone. Seriously hard work.

I have been skipping squats and deadlifts due to a bulging disc. The radiating pain towards my left leg is gone. When do you think it's safe to start squating again? Or should I just forget about those exercises all together?

Brian what do you feel about those sleds that have wheels on them (not really a sled) my gym has one and it has 3 settings of resistance on it but none of them seem to be particularly hard for me. Would that still be a good conditioning tool? Its the best thing i have access to for now
@conorscott430
@conorscott430 4 жыл бұрын
Is there no way at all to add more resistance? Like could you put plates on top of the thing?
@Stonesorrow
@Stonesorrow 4 жыл бұрын
Can't you load it with plates? I have one in my gym and it can carry ~2-300 kg of plates I think.
@thallusa123
@thallusa123 4 жыл бұрын
@@conorscott430 because of the wheels adding plates doesnt actually add resistance it just holds it down a bit better
@conorscott430
@conorscott430 4 жыл бұрын
thallusa what if you tied plates to it? Does your gym have rope or chains? It might be a bit awkward at first but it would definitely add drag.
@bobu4055
@bobu4055 4 жыл бұрын
If you add weight it will be harder. The resistance on the wheels just keeps you from building up momentum.
