None stick pot
4 cups of water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of grits
2 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of mozzarella
Cook at medium heat( 6-7)
20 minutes cooking time in total
Feeds 4
Eggs 🥚
4 eggs
4 pinch of salt ( more If needed)
Black pepper to your liking
Parsley to your liking
4 drops of fresh lime juice
1/4 butter
1/4 teaspoon of oil for frying
Sausage
2 links of Hot smoked sausage (Hillshire Farm)
Slit down the middle but not all the way through
1/4 teaspoon of oil for going
Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes
Bacon 🥓
Baking tray
Aluminum foil
Bacon (thick cut Oscar Mayer)
Oven at 350°
Cook for 15 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how you like your bacon)
