Holee crow! Got so into these workouts I did the core, hips, ankles knees, after a 10 hour shift loading cartons into trailers. Felt awesome but I'm going to be sore tomorrow! Next time I'll split them up into separate days.

I love this routine and have done it pretty consistently over the last few weeks. I find it super accessible, dynamic and challenging yet not too much. Suggestion for future workouts - could you add a sound at the end of the 45 sec period? I'm not always looking at the video and then overrun, which cuts into the rest periods. Thanks Chase, be well and merry!

Hahah yeah I wonder how people do this, I don't expect people to rip their mat out and start it straight away but hopefully people come back to really follow along once theyve seen it!

Any training recommendations if my wrists hurt while doing exercises like shoulder taps? I know I have weaker wrists (had carpal tunnel as a kid)

I find it easier with knees bent. Think it’s still useful that way.

Some idea about why it hurts so much rotating my hips during the Last exercise? Its like the sacrum hurts a lot for being in touch With the floor : '(
