Amino acids are the building blocks for proteins. In this crash course, we take a deep dive into 7 amino acids and their benefits to health and wellness.
1. L-Arginine
2. L-Carnitine
3. L-Glutamine
4. L-Lysine,
5. L-Tryptophan
6. L-Tyrosine
7. N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC)
Within the diet, there are ten essential amino acids that must be obtained through eating. Then, there are conditionally essential amino acids that the body can actually produce, like N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) and L-glutamine. However, under certain conditions, like illness, the body may require more than the body can produce. Therefore supplementation of these may not only be beneficial, but vital.
My favorite amino acid supplements:
Virid (Lysine) - glutenfreesociety.org/Virid
L-Glutamine - glutenfreesociety.org/L-Glutamine
L-Carnitine - www.glutenfreesociety.org/sho...
Acetyl L-Carnitine - www.glutenfreesociety.org/sho...
Ultra Adrenal Support (Tyrosine) - glutenfreesociety.org/UltraAdr...
Ultra NAC - glutenfreesociety.org/UltraNAC
Ultra Aminos - www.glutenfreesociety.org/sho...

Now retired after many years as a health professional, I really appreciate doctors like this who speak the truth, and know what they are talking about. There is a lot of money grabbing and bad medicine being practiced out there now. It’s not the Hippocratic Oath anymore, it’s the hippocritic oath unfortunately. If you can find a physician like this, you are one lucky person.

These videos about supplements, health and nutrition always say "consult with your doctor." But the reason we even need to consider these options is because the vast majority of doctors know nothing about nutrition and they are clueless about almost anything except prescribing drugs for symptoms.

He would get in trouble with the FDA if he did not use the disclaimer. Also, he doesn't have your medical history in front of him to provide true medical advice. He can only give general information about how the body works and basic nutritional facts. That is also why he constantly says to test and not guess before supplementing. We are all different.

After weaning off prozac (you must Wean off prozac and NOT stop suddenly) I engaged into taking many supplements & AAs. I'm 72 YO, male, retired and have been battling anxiety since childhood. This video form this doctor enhances and fortifies my other research to benefit my ailments - I have chronic pain & stiffness from Spinal Arthritis which has been increasing for decades. You should go watch Dave Feldman about high cholesterol. If you have no inflammation from excess sugar/seed oils that are glycating and oxidizing your cholesterol then it's likely that elevated cholesterol is healthy. Multiple studies show higher rather than low cholesterol is better for all cause mortality and keeping brain functioning into your later years. And if you believe cholesterol is cause of heart diease rather than insulin resistance and smoking which both damage the glycocalyx then you can just get calcium scans on heart to check if you have plaque and if it increases or not rather than changing diet immediately.

I would agree to a certain point . My experience tells me all meat is not the same . Grass fed ,beef , free range chicken and " EGGS" along with venison ,is working well for me along with some wild caught salmon and sardines etc. Store bought meats and chicken played havoc with my gut micro .

Regarding Shingles... I am not a medical professional so this is my personal journey. I developed shingles. It started with tenderness under my left arm but I didn't know what it was. Finally, I found a sore about the size of a nickle that burned like fire! I had some Ivermectin "horse past" on hand from Covid-19, (which I'd taken as a preventative and I never got even though I was exposed multiple times) so I put the Ivermectin, the clear gel, on my, extremely painful, shingles rash. Immediately, the the fire was gone! I went to the walk-in clinic and showed them my rash which was confirmed as Shingles. They prescribed the standard Shingles drug, which I filled but I didn't take. Since I'd had good results topically and internlly against Covid I decided to stick with the Ivermectin but I increased the dose to about three times per day. I continued this protocol for several weeks until the rash and preceeding pain were completely gone. I am just a schoolbus driver with no medical degrees but I am willing to try alternative approaches. I swear by Ivermectin and if it is safe for newborn fouls it is probably safe for me. Most walkin clinics are able to prescribe the human grade Ivermectin. It is much more available now than it was during Covid.

The medical profession should hang it's collective head in shame. There are so few doctors like this one, who have the knowledge to accurately diagnose nutritional deficiency. How many people suffer and indeed die because of this one factor? Millions. My son amongst them. I really regret not getting into this a lot sooner because I might have been able to save him. He suffered from nerve damage from 2 ruptured (and patched) discs in his back, prescribed Lyrica, a monstrous damaging medication that almost destroyed his mind. Even when told not to prescribe it because of it's damaging effects on him, doctors who had nothing in their arsenal but MEDICATION did so. Time after time. The effects of nutritional deficiency caused depression and anxiety and he tried and succeeded for periods of time when he got into bodybuilding to increase the muscles surrounding his damaged spine. The supplements he took at that time and the amount of protein he was eating diminished his symptoms dramatically but we lacked the knowledge to understand why. It's criminal that doctors, the very people we rely on for good health, have no knowledge about nutritional deficiencies. The drugs they prescribe are, in a lot of cases, a lot worse than simply doing nothing.

I asked a hospital doctor recently about vitamin therapy and he told me they're not allowed to prescribe much more than a multi vitamin to patients in hospital. The perfect place to actually get someone well and they kowtow to big pharma instead. Says it all really.

If we don’t know how deficient we are we don’t ask questions because our mind and body is so depleted! Sick and many older people just start eating less. Become malnourished. So many older people are never checked for nutritional deficiency.

It helped me so mush that I share it with everyone who needed help. My error was to share on Facebook because from then on a year later they took out that combinations and leaved only the vitamin with a lot of additifs I put in the garbage. What a pity.

Thank you Doctor for an amazing class and trying to understand this aching body at my 60s. I wanted to share that I did take essentials amino acids ‘ trace minerals enhanced , D3+K2, Magnesium l Threonate and Magnesium glycinate for a month and the results were incredible all the pain in my body disappeared!!! I felt good , I stopped taking it to experiment if that is really what I needed and it is, so after your class I’m more certain than never. I did take creatin with electrolytes because I was feeling weak and in 2 weeks my brittle nails grew strong again, I couldn’t believe it!!!! Doctor what could be better for my nails creatin or silica ?
