I've finally was able to do the Scroll Rod Cover Tutorial that was requested sometime ago. My sewing bug comes and goes, and the most request surge was given this focus. I hope y'all find it useful and easy to follow. Thanks to the entire Flosstube community for all you do.

Cool beans. I only made a very few changes in measurements and made my first set for 12” rods. They are awesome and I love them. Thank you so very much. And, I thought the scrap book adhesive was genius. Now on to my big ones. Thank you again!

What is the black strap down the center of your to scroll rods. Thank you for this great video.

It is a elastic cinching strap that I had laying around. It worked perfect for keeping the scroll frame together. Without fabric on the millennium scroll frame, I needed something to keep the scroll bars from falling off.

it is a old Dimensions kit called Innocent Guardian.

Because of the thickness of sewing 2 layers of elastic or the final seam of your q-snap grime guard do you have to use a special sized needle on your sewing machine? Thank you for the money saving tutorial😄❤️

+xx courtr5877 nope, I use the normal needle for woven fabrics... I just go a little slower over the thick parts and if I hear the machine struggling, I let off the pedal and use the side wheel to advance past the troublesome spot.
