Today we're talking to our new friend across the pond, Calvin Robinson. He's a longtime educator, broadcaster, and political commentator who was well on his way to being ordained by the Church of England until the powers that be decided he was just too conservative for them. His intolerable belief? Simply that England and the church are not systemically racist. Robinson tells the full story, and we discuss the effect that leftism has had on the U.K. in other areas like the response to COVID and gun control. You'll find that wokeness in England is pretty much the same destructive force as it is in America - liberals are free to loudly espouse their beliefs while conservatives are asked to keep quiet about things. You'll definitely want to stick around for the full conversation, because at the end of the interview Robinson tells us how he really feels about Meghan Markle and the effect she's had on the royal family.

Yes I as an Orthodox Christian understanding this clearly. As a lay person can preach and teach but cannot celebrate the Eucharist or other sacraments.

I love Calvin Robinson❤❤❤. I heard that he might be joining GAFCON after what the Church of England did to him, I believe he's better off. I'm an Anglican part of REACH in South Africa🇿🇦 which falls under the umbrella of GAFCON. I pray the Lord be with Calvin and strengthens him not to lose heart!

We would appreciate it deeply if anyone could pray for us our 12 year old daughter Candice living with chronic congestive heart failure passed away may 30 peacefully in her sleep she is with the Lord we are all devastated we desperately need your prayers please pray for peace and comfort with God's love conquers all amen we lost our first daughter Angel at 15 years old in 2018 peacefully in her sleep she had Ms this is very tough we are grateful to God for two wonderful daughters and we will be altogether again praying for everyone everyday God bless you all

Allie, I am a Catholic tried and true who loved this interview with Calvin Robinson. It is so good to hear people who are so well grounded in their faith because of their love of God! We need to hear the statements of people like this who live out their convictions with regularity. Confusion seems to be reigning but the Word of God will not fade away and is not subject to compromises.

I was shocked at how much the UK is struggling with the exact same type of issues and liberalism as the US! He could have been American with all he was saying. This tells me that this is absolutely spiritual and a coordinated attack from the enemy to take down the west as we know it. He was an awesome guest and actually gave me hope that we are not alone and there are still some really good men of God fighting the good fight of faith.

It's honestly so great to hear a fellow Brit talk about this issue. he actually came to my university to do a talk and wasn't able to go but watching this podcast was such a joy and honestly encouraging to know how he thinks theologically and how that shapes his politics and not the other way round. Just to point out for the Americans out there: I don't want to talk about race but I'm sure Calvin Robinson is mixed-race, in the UK we don't call mixed-race people (half-black specifically) black (same with other races) , they're mixed race and that's a wonderful thing (As a-British person with two Black parents, we do this) and doesn't deny the heritage of both parents (That's my add-on, but I'm sure a lot of brits would agree).

My goodness! He looks like Gilbert Godfried, sorry not trying to be mean but they look alike. Is he my new best friend? I think he’s my new best friend 😊 Love him, great guest. Heard of his story a couple days ago. He might consider seeking ordination as a Catholic priest. Shouldn’t be going on there, I wouldn’t think. We’re nothing if not stuck on Orthodoxy. Never going to redefine family. Never going to ordain women… never going to bend to the whims of the world. Not in defined doctrine, anyway, but individuals following that perfectly is another story.
