Homemade Granola Recipe 3 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup almonds 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup peanut butter 3 Tbsps coconut oil 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 tsp salt 2 tsps vanilla extract Bake at 325 F for 25 mins ~1/3 cup shredded coconut Bake at 325 F for 5 minutes ~1/2 cup chocolate chips

3 cups oats 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup peanut butter 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1. Mix 1/2 cup almonds, and teaspoon cinnamon with 3 cups oats. 2. Mix 1/3 cup peanut butter with 3 tablespoons coconut oil, until both are combined. Add in 1 cup of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons vanilla 3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats, and mix well to combine. 4. Spread mixture evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 325 degrees for 25 minutes 5. Take granola out of the oven, and break it up to your desired size. Add 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, and give it a final stir, before putting back in the oven for another 5 minutes to brown up the coconut. 6. Let the granola cool completely, and stir in the 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

That's imitation vanilla. Vanilla extract is real vanilla pods soaked in alcohol.
