Halloween Day, 1991. I was in 4th grade. I remember it well. During the 10am 15 minute recess, it started snowing. Lunch recess, there was maybe an inch or two on the ground but HUGE snowflakes. Then by the time we got out of school??? At least 8-10" on the ground and still snowing. It snowed until the next day around lunch. In New Richmond, WI, we had like 42" total snow at that point. Probably one of the best winter memories of my childhood. Thanks for the reminder!!!

Proven time and time again for decades.
