What's done is done. What's gone is gone. One of life's lessons is always moving on. It’s okay to look back to see how far you’ve come but keep moving forward.

In one context yes, but that's also too easy on one's self, and great excuse not to apologize to someone I've hurt or avoid responsibility for the consequences of my actions.

That’s always been my downfall… looking back too much and dwelling…. Not moving on . Lately I’ve taken an enormous leap forward.. brave for me .. but I need to shift into he great future.

Found it very difficult to sit still today, usually I can...your talk in the last 2 3 minutes made me cry and I found some peace in the words and the happy thoughts. Thank you. Hope next time my meditation will be better.

Wow I’ve listened to many of these for a month now and this is by far my favorite. The nature sounds and more silence, less guidance is just what I love to be really mindful. I see myself sitting at the end of pier with my feet in this water and hearing nature all around me, the wind blowing, the sun on my skin and it’s beautiful! Thank you for what you do!

I listen every morning, or whenever i need some calm. Lately, i;ve been aware of how critical i am of myself- for every little thing. It's time to let go of my belief to be in control of every outcome; as well as know sometimes I may make a legitimate mistake, and it's okay- even if others don't like it. Gentle love I give to me, nurture the right to a peaceful life. Let the chips fall when you've done all you can. When i was a child, I'd stay home from school, ust create: sew, write, make things, bake and design things. It was bliss. Yesterday I had my 63 birthday. Today, as i listen, I am taking the day off- to write, knit, sew, allow the creativity to flow. I am worth it...so are you;-)

Thanks, this was quite tranquil, however, it paradoxically allowed me to be more aware of time whilst simultaneously being nonchalant about its passing. Perhaps this is since my usual state is to be in an almost-constant-daze of what hour, minute, and date it is as well as my tendency to perceive time in frequent fluctuations of longer or shorter than indexically-defined time? Whatever the reason, I enjoyed this. Thanks, also, for not requesting that we like and subscribe; such a thing ought to be earnt and I believe that asking for it, albeit a common occurrence on KZfaq, seems tacky. I shall cer'nly be listening to more videos of yours.
