It's been more than a year since I decided to live in my small village and start my own farm. It's in the middle of the jungle surrounded by evergreen forest. The nearest village is about 4 miles. Yes, it's peaceful but it comes with a lot of work as u have to do everything by yourself. I grow my own food and spend most of the time on my farm. As our farms were occasionally ravaged by birds, squirrels and wild boars. Luckily I have some friends helping out. The amazing thing about living in the mountains is that I have no worries, not like the days when I was living in the cities trying to catch up with the hectic work. Here, I am free and boundless. Btw I'm growing Avocados, lemons, maize, chillies and different kinds of crops.

I recently discovered your channel and as a father of daughter about your age I'm impressed by your spirit, your drive, and determination. Your father must be proud! Keep up the great content!!

I was born and raised in WV, and this made me cry. I moved to Oregon and as I love it, the WV roads, hills, trees, and mountains always live inside me ♥️

This is exactly how visualize my retired life. Simple organic food, stress free daily life, Yoga, meditation, love (lots of it, for myself, and for my friends and family), and having fun doing simple things, and most importantly living near the mountains somewhere on the planet.

Isabel, today i've been rewatching your videos because I wanted to see more. I'm so happy I saw you upload this video now! I want to tell you that I discovered your channel like 2 weeks ago only but I've been watching your videos every single day since then It's almost 5 months since my country is in strict quarantine. I live in the middle of the city and even though I never was a "nature person" I miss s much sitting in the grass enjoying the sun sometimes I cry. We're not allowed to go outside, just for buying food and stuff. I'm super depressed because I'm stuck at home working in a call center and I hate my job so much I cry every single day, sometimes I can't sleep and my chest hurts the whole time. Anyway, I just want you to know that your videos makes me feel better, I'm enjoying nature with you and seeing another way of living that seems so pure, it's amazing. You're a great human being. I'm moving to the mountains this month and am SO nervous. I moved from NYC to the French countryside two years ago....but am now preparing for a move to the island of Corsica for 3 years. And right in the middle of the island, surrounded by mountains in a village of 600 people. It's scary starting this adventure...especially when I've lived in the Alsatian region of France where villages and cities are so close by! but your films make me feel more at ease and calm in pursuing a life up in the sky. thank you for sharing this with us! what a beautiful film!

My Grandpa used to live in that town. He lived there from around the early 1960's until 1979 when he died. I knew there was something about that scenery that was calling to me. Love that area of the country, i live in a much different place now, Charleston SC near the beach.

I have so many plants myself that I'm trying to reproduce. Note: I can totally relate to the story of falling in love and you get hurt. I don't like to be forgotten either. I've had a few unreturned crushes and it is tough when you're the one that has to deal with someone that you have feelings for, not sharing your feelings. But your guy is out there, and he will be very, very lucky. You have so much to offer, way beyond your looks, (you are beyond lovely, and your eyes are absolutely stunning.) Have faith and enjoy your solace, which you truly seem to do. Your laugh is so free and honest; this can only come from a person that is so. This is very inspirational and endearing. I suppose this is why you are a younger version of "my type." I'll keep watching and envying your life. I'm sure that certain daily chores absolutely suck, but you must sleep really well, after a typical day. No Dog??? Dogs are so wonderful for company and also can help protect you from predators. I wish My dog and I (his name is Avon), could spend one day with you. We would both love it. In my mind, there is nothing better than the wilderness and earning every view by respecting nature and disregarding (SAFELY) technology. (Honestly, though, I wish you would get a dog. It is a win win situation.) In summer of 1999, I took a trip to AZ, in order to visit a friend and do some prescribed hiking. My friend and me had been buddies our entire life; he is an absolute adventurer. We tackled Capital Butte in Sedona and a tributary of The Grand Canyon, during my visit. We earned every view and thus every awe-inspiring aspect of nature. I almost lost my life on a few occasions; this was not due to irresponsibility or recklessness. Rather, it was simply happenstance. Episode one occurred when I dove between two waterfalls from a cave that was behind the falls, and rather than swimming to get to the shore, (which is the only action that will save your life), I took a look around and got sucked under the water. Well, from there, I must have turned into Bugs Bunny (my favorite Tune), because I literally walked on water to escape. I was so scared that I just turned-on whatever jets that I had and swam for my life. Obviously, I made it. Second episode occurred during our descent from Capital Butte. There was a thunderstorm coming and we were super-duper exposed. Added to that, I was super dehydrated and out of water; I was cramping, dizzy, and exhausted. Well, my friend ended up allowing me some of his water and it was just enough to allow me to make it to the car. Part of the issue we had was going off the trail as a shortcut down the mountain. This is stupid and could have cost us our lives because after you go off trail, you inevitably end up at a bluff where you cannot pass. Then, you have to go all the way back up to where you left the trail. We did this at least 5 different times. Despite the two near misses, I had one of the best times of my life. The Grand Canyon venue was Havasupai or Havasu Nation, and it is considered a tributary of The Grand Canyon. Sry this is so long, but you inspired it. lol. fin.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve discovered a lot more alternative styles of living and occupation or working. Seeing stuff like this really drives me to spend at least some period of my life living like this, it must be such a tranquil and relaxing life to be out there on your own. It is daunting being all alone like that but it clearly it really puts you in a position to find yourself and improve who you are as a human being deep inside yourself and that’s dope as fuck! Great video- loved the presentation style and feeling very inspired to pursue an experience like this in life at some point after watching this.
