I've been doing hybrid training for 2 years and it's the best decision i've taken in my fitness journey. I hope this video helps you start and train like a hybrid athlete.

I had a similar hybrid exercise but its called CASt.C indicates Cardio,A indicates Abs and St indicates Strength.Thats my daily workout basis❤❤❤ KEEP BEING FIT BRO💪💪💪

I didn't knew i have been doing hybrid training For 6 months I do calisthenics and running skipping I don't have access to gym but i do bicep curls with school bag

I’ve been training like a powerlifter kinda for the past few years and it’s fun but I feel like it’s cost me a lot of speed and endurance. Feel like this training style could let me get back to my athletic side while still getting heavy training in too.

My training division consists of: Back and biceps Chest and triceps Cardio Legs Shoulders and abds Cardio Cardio This way you can train everyday without overtraining.

Yo i train push/pull/Legs-Abs 2 times a week and sunday i have rest day on push day ill do like weighted dips and many pushup exercises then i go bench pressing and some other wighted shoulder and chest workout on pullday ill do like some pullups chinups and bicep curls lat pulls etc for u think its good doing all that twice a week?

Just one question, isn't it better to train each body part twice per week? I have seen this everywhere and I know you can achieve a great physic as long as you work hard but with it being more ideal shouldn't it be preferred? But then if you do for example a full body workout then you won't really have time to do both weighs and calisthenics everyday so it lacks in this department. Any clarification/advice?

In my opinion I’ve found that training each body part once a week gave me the best results. This ensured maximum recovery and performance on the training days.

Definitely, I train martial arts a few times a week and I find that the strength I get from hybrid training translates over to the explosive power needed for striking
