In the last 5 years the biggest feature has been Liverpool vs City. Derby wise right now? maybe Arsenal vs Spurs even though they haven't won major trophies in awhile, I guess fighting for top 4 made it worth watching

@@JP_LDN582 nah between Liverpool and City the outcome when the two meet is 50/50 but City wins the league because De Bruyne is just that good. If De bruyne retires City won't be as good as they are currently. He makes a huge difference. While he was injured City was 8 points from the top and when he returned they haven't lost yet. Rodri is good and all but let's be honest he cannot control the tempo of a game like Kevin does while with the ball

This is my problem too. Goldstein is still under the impression that Man Utd are a more significant team than they are currently. He's almost blinkered, it's odd. In this day and age, leaning into past glories seems distinctly disingenuous when the recent seasons for Man Utd haven't shown anything of note.

Im scottish and spent my whole life watching scottish football. And yeah the old firm is huge. But the standard of both teams now is very VERY poor. The old firm isnt what it used to be but still huge.

KZfaq video of them bringing back the 1934 FA Cup to Manchester Town Hall - over 1 million people lined the streets to greet them!! Also a City player in that team Matt Busby went on to become Man United's best loved manager. Oh and where did Dennis Law start his career? Man City! City have a great history.

by sheer commercial numbers, it's probably still Arsenal vs. Man Utd(because of the history and size of the fanbases)...... but on competitive level, it's obviously Man City vs. Liverpool at the moment...... at a local level, it's obviously NLD(since Spurs gained a lot of global fans too in last 10-20 years)...... commercially, the only derby similar to Arsenal vs. Man Utd is probably only "El Clasico"

The Manchester derby has only occurred 4 times Andy. Twice in 2011/2012, and twice in 2012/2013. All other years have been dominated by one or the other.

English fans make up less than 40% of the Fan base, Globally Arsenal vs Manchester United is Thee biggest and most watched Rivalry in the Prem. Like if you go to Africa which has One of the Biggest Premier League following, Liverpool doesn't really compare to Arsenal you'll rarely see anyone in a Liverpool shirt maybe in West and Northern Africa Cause of the Mane and Salah Influence but generally, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal are the dominant Teams actually Man City is slowly growing... I've spotted more City fans than Liverpool fans and in Asia i think Man City are just behind Spurs and Man UTD, in the next 10 years if they continue winning they'll definitely Conquer that Market.

Liverpool and United is the biggest derby purely because of the history and the rivalry stretching back. And it is a derby, it's the North West Derby. United and City only really kicked off in the last 15 years and it's still not like the Liverpool match.

Manchester United is arguably the biggest in the world & without question the UKs biggest club it’s not even a debate. Other clubs are more successful at the moment but not bigger. Two completely different things. Leicester won the league in 2016 were they bigger?? Man City are making a name for themselves but bigger? That’s laughable.
