David was fully responsible, the fact he’s trying to blame Jeff (the victim) for injuring HIMSELF is just immaturity at its finest. David was the one who was using the machinery irresponsibly, not Jeff. Jeff didn’t ask to be in hospital for ages to heal. Jeff didn’t choose to have to pay thousands and thousands of dollars on medical bills.

Imagine how well David’s KZfaq career would be going if he just owned up to it. Just said “Yeah, I fucked up, I pushed the joke too far and created a dangerous situation, and hurt my friend. So I’ll pay for his medical expenses.” But he didn’t because he is coward who apparently cares more about money than people. He lost all credibility, his relatability and humanity, and his friend. It’s shameful.

Honestly Casey Neistat seems like an actual genuine good guy, he’s never in any drama and I feel like if he felt the need to insert himself he must’ve been feeling some type of way morally.. and that just really says it all david’s not a good guy lmfao

i understand David might feel the heat on him but Jeff will constantly have to deal with his eye being what it is. I can't imagine the fear of what will possibly happen to Jeff as he ages. People sleep badly and have to deal with hip problems when they're older to so just imagine if jeff is okay now the risks later dow the line.David 100% should happily pay because he should by now realize how carried away he allowed himself to be and as jeff pays for that phyisically yea David should pay and do it gratifully that no one died.
