WORKOUT SPLIT FOR MUSCLE GROWTH | Best Exercises For 3d Shoulders
Hey guys I hope you all are doing well..
Today is day 1 of our 6 Day Split, if you have any questions About it then you can ask me in comments or DM me on Instagram..
My Workout Split
Day-1 shoulder focused push day
Day-2 biceps focused pull day
Day-3 leg and abs
Day-4 chest focuses push
Day-5 back focused pull
Day-6 triceps focused push
Day 1 push(shoulder focused)
1. Shoulder press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
2. Inclined chest press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
3. Lateral raise
(4 sets of 15 reps)
4. Low to high cable crossover
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
5. Machine Chest press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
6. Rope overhead triceps extension
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
7. Triceps Pushdown
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
8. Single arm rev push down
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
9. Single arm rope Pushdown
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)

Bhai bw each sets mai around 2-3 min ka rest krta hu and it usually takes around 100 mins

Bruh ye chest focused tha ya shoulder focused.....isma apny 4 exercise chest ki kee hn or 2 sirf shoulder ki

A very good question. Dekho bhai hmne phle Kiya shoulder press jisme hmne apna maximum diya uske baad hmne kiya inclined chest press jisme hmari chest ke sath hmari front delts bhi involve hoti hai and then hmne kiya lat raises fir again low to high cable crossover jisme firse chest k sath hmne anterior deltoid ko hit Kiya mtlb mera khne ka ki hmne aaj Jo exercises hmne Kari hai usme shoulders pe jyada focus Kiya Gaya hai and shoulder itna bada muscle group nhi hota aur shayad maine video me bhi btaya hai ki aaj upper chest shoulder and triceps pe hmara jyada Focus rhega... I hope you get it 🙌
