Day 10 and we are raring to go boom shack-a-la style today with this rebounding workout. So pull out your trampoline and let´s have some fun together in this 15 minutes routine. This is the end of week 2 and we hope you have enjoyed the series so far as next week we are increasing the time and pace of the workouts, ready for the final push.

Use that music again. I know it’s probably keyed slower than your usual workouts, but it’s so good. And like everyone has been saying, because it was so consistently on beat with the moves, the workout flew by!

Hello Claire, I loved this workout and series so much. I've rediscovered your videos after a couple of years and there are so many excellent videos, its tough choosing which one to do and i look forward to them! I really feel a difference in my body and spirit in just a month. Would you consider making more videos and series like this one, with combinations that are medium/high intensity with choreography like this? Thank you :)

LOVED IT! Short & sweet and just plain FUN☺ Scott's music is infectious and with the jungle backdrop what more can anyone ask for? PERFECT!🙌 I noticed you got Bellicon rebounders too! I got my first Bellicon last year and I was sold after the 1st bounce- it is quite simply DIVINE! 💖💞💕Once you try it you can never go back to a regular trampoline... and the hefty price is worth it as it will last a lifetime- safe for renewing the bungy cords of course😉

I have velcro 1 lb ankle weights that I took and strapped around each wrist instead for added weight and MAN just 1 lb. with all the arm exercises you incorporated wore me out! 🥵 haha another great one today!

Have loved this series so far, I try to start the strength day with a short rebound (day 1) to warm up and then do both, but the 15 minute one has me sweating buckets :)
