Day 11, we are ramping things up with this 20 minutes rebounding workout today. This is the final week of this series and we are going to be having some fun with these workouts.
There are 4 sections that we repeat twice and then for the final run through we put it all together.

Still working on this series and this was my afternoon workout today. Loved it. They are all really great and broken up nicely into sections which makes the time fly by. You and Scott are so creative with the moves you choose for workouts 🙏

Hi. I'm from Portugal and I just wanna thank you for all your rebound videos! I had jumping classes on a gym, but since the pandemic I started training at home. Thanks to you both, I "resurrected" my trampoline and realise that Jumping is the only modality that doesn't bore me with time. I love the moves and the music, it's very challeging and fun and in the end I always feel great with myself. I'm just sorry that I can't thank you every time I follow one of your videos! What a super class!!!!! Love the exercises and the BPM's were perfect for staying in the aerobic zone! Loved the circuits and then putting them all together! Day 11 is done and I am so smiling!!!!!😁 Ready for Day 12!

I love rebounding and came across your channel a few months ago I have done a few of your older workouts and really enjoyed them but I absolutely love these type of section rebounding workouts 😍 they are so challenging and great fun 😀 you really feel like you have done a great workout. Thank you Thank you- love this workout- quick question- when you do a knee raise or anything on one foot , i feel like i am pretty static and nor bouncing enough, but i think my balance would be too challenged- do you get better as this as you do it? You always seem to be bouncing whether on one foot or two?
