What is the 75 hard challenge?:
1. Follow a Diet: no alcohol, and no junk food for 75 days.
2. Exercise Twice a Day: Two workouts daily, each lasting at least 45 minutes, one of which must be outdoors.
3. Read 10 Pages of Non-Fiction: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily.
4. Drink One Gallon of Water: Consume one gallon (128 ounces or about 3.8 liters) of water daily.
5. Take a Progress Picture: Snap a daily photo to track your physical progress.
If you miss any task, start over from day one.

I came over here to say that I just finished watching your explanation of Project 2025. You are incredibly intelligent and your presentation was entertaining except that nothing was light hearted. I feel that I’m conservative but not a right wing type by any means. They are not inclusive of people like me who would greatly benefit from the Fearless Fund although they have their puppets who prefer the house over the fields. It’s interesting what is targeted in this 2025 manifesto which I desent!
