I’m 19 and hate my generation luckily I’m currently an my apprenticeship for electrical work and work full time with 30-60 year olds !😂😂 we do have a few young guys 21 and 18 but they’re a lot different the kids my age usually act.

It’s probably only done to avoid that distinct legality between nothing and a pittance token wage. Im totally with you though, there is no difference. Pay your people’s properly.
