If you're a more experienced meditation practitioner, this practice has fewer prompts and much less instruction than other guided meditation sessions within our app and channel. This practice is designed to give you more room to anchor your attention and go deep in your practice. Every once in a while, an instruction or prompt will come in, reminding you to return to the practice.

I've had a hard time finding a guided body scan with less talking. I really just like the prompts related to change of area of focus. I'd love to find a longer (40 minute) body scan or breath body sounds thoughts emotions guided practice with less talking.

Thank you so much for this and all you do in supporting us here. I can typically focus on my breath, but my mind starts to wander at the pause on the inbreath and the outbreath. Any suggestions? Deep bow.

If it helps, try to count the breaths up to 10 and start over. This might help still your mind on the breath.
