That is why beginning in the mid sixties each state incorporated into “the state of” rather than the republic of. They knew the people would hang them high when we found out what the agents had done. But a corporation is free from the shackles preventing fake money. You can see these massive reorganizations in the revisor of statutes for your state. The earliest maybe 63 and in my state of Minnesota,the last state to recognize, 1971. Governors lost powers that were subsequently delegated to the treasury. This is/has been like the _"straw that broke the camel's back."_ You're not sure which straw it will be, but you know it's coming, because, as Mike stated, it was "inevitable." Since the 'Federal Reserve Act' there was always only one way this could end - *HORRIBLY.* Anything else would have required honest people running the system. Honest. 😆 I've been preparing for many years, decades in fact, and I'm in as good of a situation as I probably could be. I enjoy your viewpoints but disagree with Alan on wanting gold to stay where it is. It needs to go up a minimum 2.5 x and housing needs to drop 50% in order to be corrected to reward those of us who have not been the problem. I have been buying strong since 2004. People have been “ winning” in the phony credit sweepstakes while sound money people have been gaining at a lower rate. There are always people who “ get hurt” by choices. A sound government protects those who have been responsible not irresponsible. You have to make the drug addict go cold turkey and then stay off of the drug. Then those who have been wise can hold them accountable as they hopefully help them get a job and sustain themselves. The pain needs to come. Be ready

Real assets/useful commodities are "boring and have no price action/correction", while wristwatches, houses, speculative stocks (pretty much the whole stock market, crypto, etc. are having insane amount of uptrend because of fake market demand". I gather that many leases are due for renewal between May and August to allow Landlords to find an alternative renter. Many commercial rentals have vacant offices due to work from home so downsizing will be key to them. Many taxes state and City become due April onwards. So I think that the proverbial peanut butter will hit the fan from April onwards. That's when Bankruns will take off.

Will there come a day that I can buy back my own mortgage back from the mortgage-backed securities owner for pennies on the dollar (in silver)? What size are these securities (I assume they are grouped)? I could contact the property owners and arrange a rent-to-own or other deal for them to stay in the property, and other creative ways to let them keep or regain, or gain tenants of foreclosed property) ownership.

Mike, there are way too many people that try to earn their living by warning us how nasty and sinister the world is and what we need to do to avoid being a victim. People have been predicting doom and gloom and the end of the world ever since humans started migrating out of Africa. So far, I think capitalism is the best system with the best ideas but I also think some of the ideas of capitalism need to be amended with the primary focus and objective now being sustainability not growth. If the academics along with the economist, engineers, politicians, corporations, capitalists and entrepreneurs can figure out some new economic models that are based on sustainability instead of growth, I am sure there will be some noble prizes awarded. The way this can begin and at the same time improve peace, fairness and morality is when our business, government and academic leaders, along with our wealthiest and brightest and smartest among us can start learning how to be much more truthful and honest so that the level of trust and respect can rise to a point where nations will no longer be inspired to commit resources to manufacture weapons that can wipe out most of the life on this planet. I also think the idea within capitalism that greed is somehow a good thing needs to be forgotten. Greed in any economy is not good. Competition is good but capitalism also needs to be encouraging much more honesty and responsibility and also promote cooperation, fairness and morality. If people are struggling to survive they will not care about anybody else or about the damage and devastation of their towns, cities and communities including the planet’s environment. They will also be much more aggressive and willing to commit crimes and behave in violent ways with animosity and hatred toward others that don’t look like them or do not share the same beliefs. People don’t have to love each other. They do not even have to like each other but, they do need to understand that the wellbeing and happiness of others benefits everyone and is the bases for morality. Nations also need to start building trust and respect in each other so that they will no longer feel the need to spy on each other or feel the need manufacture weapons that can wipe out most of the life on this planet and from there start working towards reducing and eventually stopping the manufacture of weapons for war. I do not agree with all the ideas in these books, but “Doughnut Economics” by Kate Raworth, “Prosperity without Growth” by Tim Jackson, “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man” by John Perkins and “Beyond Growth” by Herman Daly and by organizations like “The Centre for Advancements of the Steady State Economy” and the "GrowthBusters" website from Dave Gardner are promising developments For people that do not come from wealth and privilege, which includes me and have to work for a living and do not have to worry about hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars invested in the markets being devalued or wiped out because of an economic collapse or because they hundreds of thousands of dollars in a bank that is about to fail, here are some rules I try to live by in my life with my family and at the same time increase my freedom and privacy: Number 1: Try not to get deceived, fooled or scammed or become a victim of crime. If you do, learn from the mistakes you made and do not let it happen again. Everybody will make some mistakes in their life. Number 2: If you had to work hard to earn your money, I do not think you will need to pay or even just listen to a financial advisor to tell you what to do with it. Tell the financial advisors to go learn how to earn their own money and use your money to benefit yourself and your family. Number 3: Try not to go into debt. Living a happy, productive and successful life for you and your family without going into debt is possible. Number 4: Pay for the stuff you need with whatever money the government accepts as legal tender and request payment for whatever work you do with this government money. Money that is not controlled by the government is way too volatile and unstable and much more risky. Crypto is a good example of this. Yes, crypto is just another form of FIAT money. FIAT money that is not controlled by governments is much more volatile and unstable and much more risky than government FIAT money. The recent scandal with FTX should at least make you think twice before accepting payments or making payments with crypto. Number 5. Any extra money you earn during the year that you do not need to live, use it to buy things that you can see and touch and hold their value over time. Gold and silver are good things to buy but there are many other things you can buy that you can see a touch that hold their value. Number 6: Learn to live a healthy life without getting addicted to bad habits like smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol or over eating. Eat things that are healthy which is basically real food that has not been produced synthetically in a lab and food that does not have a ton of other things added to it and try to maintain an active lifestyle. I think these are some of the most important things you can do in your life because your health is really your wealth. We only have a few decades on this planet and we have to learn to celebrate this time as best we can and being able to earn an honest living without trying to cheat, fool, abuse and take advantage of others and learning not to be cheated, fooled and abused and taken advantage of is the best way to do this.

My experience Even if it's closing an account of one thousand dollars. They want to issue a check and not the cash unless you object and stand firm. I'll take the cash, then go spend it on OR at $14.42 that pays 0.04. Today you are ignorant to stuff worthless currency in a mattress, but always deploy at least the first 10% to your gold stack.

People calculating when the central banks will lower interests rates pivots to "higher for longer", which can be bad for gold in the short term. High interests rates competes with gold allocations that have no interest rates.

The concept of "held to maturity" is meaningless. If the bank runs out of available reserves, will they close the doors even though they have a bunch of "held to maturity" assets? No, I'm sure they will figure out a way to not hold them to maturity.

I have been holding both gold and silver for a while. While it gives me peace of mind to actually physically hold some, I am not expecting these to go up insanely hahaha, but I get your perspective. He does sell bullion for a living as well.

It's not supposed to be an investment.. it's supposed to be a physical savings account. Silver has kept up with inflation Silver is doing what is supposed to be doing. Sure it should probably be up more but it will eventually but not like people think. It will always keep up with inflation.

@@justinsmitley7619 Another generic comment. Maloney is definitly promoting silver as an investment. Gold is keeping up with inflation not silver. Silver to gold ratio is 90 to 1 at the moment. Silver is very volatile and as such a speculative investment.
