After pulling down the entire tree and breaking ornaments, I've since been allowed to have a "Charlie Brown" Christmas tree with no candy and all plastic or paper ornaments. Luckily tics didn't develop until 10 or 11 for me... I can't imagine decorating a tree now 🤣🤣🤣🤣
