Knowing that you also make mistakes make me less hard on myself when I mess up…. I was screaming at you to not cut the fabric because I could see that you were not considering the spine width… so happy to see that you could make it work anyway! And this kit is beautiful! 💕🧚‍♀️ I love the fairy theme!

Morning Barbara, what a lovely cover, it is so gentle and feminine. I also loved the cover of the Planner you have had for the past few months. The fabric was lovely with the butterflies. I also learnt where I went wrong when I tried to cover my book, so THANK YOU so much. You demonstrated it so well that I now have the confidence to do another one. Liebe Barbara, ich bin schon länger total begeistert von deinen Kalender Bullet Junk Journal, aber für September hast du dich selbst übertroffen. Das Papier ist soooo traumhaft schön. Ich habe mir gleich ein alten Kalender rausgesucht und habe mir das Papier + Label + Book Spines gekauft, um auch endlich mit einem Bullet Junk Journal zu beginnen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass für September die restliche Sachen wie Tracker und Wochenübersicht noch kommen.... Was ich eigentlich sagen möchte, ist, dass ich von deinen Videos ein total Fan bin. Leider verstehe ich englisch nicht so gut, aber ich versuche es trotzdem. LG Karina💖

Covers hate me!!! Lol. It seems like every time I make a Journal, I end up either throwing away the first try, putting the 2nd try away for a different project and settling on the 3rd try. Hoping I don’t ruin that one. They frustrate me. This one came together for you beautifully, even if you cut the fabric a teeny bit short. Believe me, I was on the edge of my seat! Lol Thanks for this video!

@@49dragonflies thank you. I also wanted to say (if anyone is having a heart attack about me throwing something out) the ones I throw away are ones I made with cardboard. Sometime the stuff I try to glue on it, like paper, either rips or won’t go around the corners or I’ve tried to put some puffy batting on the front. Never works. But what I’m saying, I never throw away a BOOK cover. Just junk I tried. Lol

when you cut across the corners but leave a gap so fabric will cover the actual corner as well, try pinching them in first, when the glues been applied, before you bring each side over. keeps the corners a lot tidier & covered better, with no extra fabric to tuck under. love your channel :-)

Question: will the paper on the cover hold up? I have been wanting to do this! I thought I may need to cover the paper with mode podge or something to seal it. Thanks for another great video!

Thanks! I think on thicker paper it should be fine! I tried putting mod podge on one, but it changes the color of the print a bit and I didn’t like it 🙄

Hallo Süße, eigentlich mag ich keine fairies aber dein kit ist entzückend 🤩👍🏻 Der Stoff war so schön zu reißen, dass ich es ebenfalls schön gefunden hätte wenn die Ränder zerfranst gewesen wären statt sie umzuklappen… Hast du schon mal die andere Technik versucht, bei der erst die Ecken nicht abgeschnitten sondern als erstes umgeklebt werden und dann die längeren Seiten? Das ergibt eine ganz saubere Kante/Ecke… Ein schönes Wochenende wünsche ich dir und einen dicken Schmatzer 💝

Hi Barbara I was watching tic tok today and thought about you. Most of the journaling on there is asmr so maybe that's something you might be interested in, a way to get your asmr fix so to say🤣🤣

@@vickibusybee ASMR noun a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. "ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage" I often wondered as well- hope this helps.

Oh Barbara this kit is so cute 😍😍😍.it sounds like there's some gorgeous architecture in Austria and Prague. Lol yes, new mistakes, much more interesting😄. Love the colour that lace, so pretty 😍. Those strips would make pretty bookmarks glued back to back. My absolute favourite cover of yours ever! Tfs 💖💖
